RAL & Special Painted Finishes

To help you create the best finish for your Cast Iron radiators we offer a cost-effective service that enables us to deliver our Cast Iron Radiators painted in a selection of the most popular colours from the RAL colour and special finishes range. Normally supplied in a base primer finish ready to be painted in your chosen colour, you can now choose to have them painted in a durable polyester powder coat finish.

We will deliver your Cast Iron radiators fully finished and ready for installation. We use a robust, polyester powder coat paint, which is applied by our specialist painters based in the UK, to achieve a long-lasting, durable finish.

This is a multistage process that takes around 15 days to complete, all radiators are then tested before shipping.

It should be noted that due to the production process colours can vary by +/- 5-10% from the RAL and special finish chart and between radiators ordered in the same colour at different times. All painted Cast Iron radiators will be checked and tested prior to despatch. Extra care must be taken when handling and joining painted cast iron radiators on-site to avoid damaging the finish.

Cast Iron radiators will be supplied with a small bottle of touch up paint in case of damage to the finish during installation, however, it should be noted that this may vary slightly from the standard powder coat finish. As a result of the casting process cast iron radiators can have a rough surface finish with small imperfections which may show after the painting process.
