An electric radiant plate, born from a project in collaboration with Desall with the aim of creating a design radiator with clean lines and advanced technological content. The Origin stands out for its essential and stylized shape that evokes the origin of life. It is equipped with a multicolored LED light system with variable intensity, stronger starting from the bottom and more diffused towards the top. The Origin is available in the electric version in three different dimensional models and electrical powers. The new and exclusive WiFi electric resistance is supplied in the same color as the radiator.

The Designer
Tommaso Balladore is an architect from Pavia born in 1980, graduated in Architecture at the Milan Polytechnic in 2006. In 2012 he founded his studio in Casteggio, which develops projects of Architecture, Design and Graphics.

Choosing the right material
Steel
For a range of traditional and modern designs, sizes and colours steel radiators may be the choice for you. Comprised from a lighter less dense material than cast iron, steel radiators will heat up and cool down relatively quickly providing manageable control. Steel is the most popular material used to manufacture designer radiators in the UK– in part, because it is easy to shape and therefore create the distinctive and contemporary designs and sizes we are increasingly looking for. If you’re looking for a statement piece, steel radiators are a good place to start.
The main purpose of a radiator is to heat your room so how a material transfers heat from the hot water into the room is very important . Steel is a good conductor of heat, but not at the top of the list, it is however a more cost-effective material and has more varied designs to choose from and is therefore a less expensive option.
